The SITRAK 6×2 battery-electric rigid truck is engineered for freight operations involving long distances, heavy loads, extreme cold and multi-stop transport, with vehicle development centered on five key dimensions: economy, efficiency, safety, reliability and comfort. Its extra-long wheelbase frees up more chassis space, enabling a cargo body volume of more than 45 m³. Whether transporting beverages, cartoned goods or parcels, it carries more on every trip. Shorter round-trip times, lower energy consumption and higher earnings per shift. The platform supports full-trailer combinations with a gross combination weight of up to 64 tonnes, effectively increasing payload per trip while reducing operating costs. The vehicle is equipped with a 580 kWh LFP battery, offers a range of up to 400 km, and has a design life of 1.2 million km.

The SITRAK 6×2 battery-electric rigid truck is equipped with six advanced driver assistance systems: AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking), DDAW (Driver Drowsiness and Attention Warning), BSIS (Blind Spot Information System), ISA (Intelligent Speed Assistance), LDW (Lane Departure Warning), and MOIS (Moving Off Information System), helping safeguard every kilometer from urban streets to highways. Flexible battery module configurations are available to support multiple operating modes, including urban distribution, long-haul line-haul transport, rigid-truck operation and full-trailer operation, providing a reliable electrified transport solution for multi-stop long-distance freight operations worldwide.

SITRAK 4×2 Diesel Tractor: An Efficient and Practical Choice for Line-Haul Logistics

To address industry challenges such as driver shortages and the high incidence of fatigue-related accidents in long-haul line-haul logistics, the SITRAK 4×2 diesel tractor was developed around four key priorities—intelligence, safety, efficiency and comfort—making long-distance transport easier, safer and more profitable.

The vehicle is equipped with SINOTRUK’s independently developed third-generation advanced driver assistance system, creating a multidimensional “driver-vehicle-road” perception network. It features six radar sensors in total, including one LiDAR sensor and five millimeter-wave radar sensors, together with six cameras. The system continuously monitors the road environment around the vehicle, enabling automatic lane changes and overtaking, intelligent ramp entry and exit, and automatic obstacle avoidance. Meanwhile, the vehicle’s AEB and blind spot monitoring systems work together to provide automatic emergency braking and further enhance active safety. In addition, the intelligent driving system can integrate high-definition road maps to identify road conditions ahead in advance and automatically adjust vehicle speed and gear-shifting strategies, maximizing fuel efficiency while maintaining safety. This intelligent driving system has accumulated 2.5 billion kilometers of accident-free operation. Its safety and reliability help address driver shortages in the long-haul transport sector.

In addition to its intelligent “brain,” the SITRAK 4×2 diesel tractor also features a powerful “heart.” The vehicle is powered by SINOTRUK’s newly developed MC14 high-horsepower engine for long-haul transport, delivering 630 hp and 2,750 N·m of torque. Whether operating under heavy loads, on gradients or against demanding delivery schedules, the engine delivers strong performance with ease. Combined with the vehicle’s intelligent control system, it also offers excellent fuel economy, cutting fuel consumption by 5% compared with the previous generation and effectively reducing operating fuel costs. The cab of the SITRAK 4×2 diesel tractor is equally impressive, featuring push-button start, a coffee maker, a microwave oven, an aviation-grade air-suspension seat with ventilation and heating, and a parking air-conditioning system. Together, these features create a “home on the road” for drivers and help reduce fatigue during long-distance journeys.
